Future Goals

After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in operations management within the healthcare or business sector. I’m particularly interested in roles where I can help improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support organizations in running more effectively. While I do not currently have a job lined up, I am actively applying to positions and exploring opportunities that align with my skills and long-term goals. My focus right now is gaining an entry-level role where I can build hands-on experience in operations, strengthen my problem-solving abilities, and continue developing professionally. Ultimately, I hope to grow into a role where I can contribute to improving systems and making a meaningful impact within an organization.

Future Learning and Development

Learning is something I plan to continue throughout my career, especially as I grow in operations management. In the short term, I want to focus on building strong foundational skills through hands-on work experience, including learning how different systems, workflows, and teams operate within an organization. I am also interested in earning professional certifications related to operations or project management, such as Lean Six Sigma, because I think they would strengthen my ability to improve processes and efficiency.

In the future, I may also consider pursuing graduate school, depending on how my career develops and what opportunities I am exposed to. Overall, my goal is to stay adaptable and continue developing both technical and leadership skills so I can grow into more advanced roles in operations management over time.
